Where do you ship?
We currently offer shipping across Canada. If you’re outside Canada, keep an eye out - we’re working to expand internationally soon.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within Canada is free. For other locations, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, delivery within Canada usually takes 3–7 business days.
Note: High demand can sometimes cause delays — if we ever run low on stock, we’ll notify you right away.
Do you offer order tracking?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you have any questions about your order status, reach out to support@gymbrodie.ca.
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase, return the product in good condition within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. Check our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change or cancel an order, email support@gymbrodie.ca as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes - we stand by our gear. If there’s ever an issue with your product, reach out to us at support@gymbrodie.ca, and we’ll make it right.
