Shipping policy

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please note: Due to high demand, there may be times when stock runs low. If this happens, your order might take longer to ship, but we will notify you promptly with an update.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:

  • We offer free standard shipping to Canada.

  • Estimated delivery time within Canada: 3-7 business days.

  • For orders outside Canada, shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Order Shipment Confirmation:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently ship to Canada.

  • For international orders outside Canada, please check shipping availability during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Gym Brodie is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly.

  • If you have issues, reach out to us at support@gymbrodie.ca, and we’ll assist as best we can.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders):

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Please check your country’s customs policies before ordering.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

  • Gym Brodie is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
